  1. Lemon: as we all know that lemon is a beautifying agent more than its usage in food items,. It has a great effect to suppress the arriving pimple and its redness. Lemon is highly rich in Vitamin C.
  • Take a freshly sliced lemon and squeeze it to get the lemon juice. Don’t use the preserved lemon juice or juice from an old lemon slit piece.
  • Take a cotton swab and dip it twice in the juice to get a proper amount of lemon juice for application.
  • Slightly dab the pimples with the juice and leave it to dry overnight. Do not apply the mixture on the whole face and just restrict the usage to pimples.
  • Once you get up wash it with lukewarm water and apply moisturizer later.
  • Follow the above steps for a week or two and see the changes.
  1. Toothpaste: toothpaste is another constituent everyone has at their homes. It has menthol and provides cooling effects on the pimple, hence, reducing its intensity. Keep in mind that the toothpaste you are using should not contain colouring agents and salicylic acid, go for a natural one.
  • Just take a small amount of toothpaste on your fingers and apply it over the pimples, before going to bed. You can also apply it for a span of 15-20 minutes and leave it to dry.
  • Wash your face with normal water and see the change in redness and swelling.

  • Take honey in a separate bowl and use your fingers to apply it over the pimples.
  • Let it dry for a good 15-20 minutes and then was with lukewarm water. Pat dry with a cotton cloth and apply moisturizer.
  • Repeat this twice or thrice a day and see the significant changes.

  • Leave it for 5 minutes and then wash face with lukewarm water.
